How to attract more leads using Facebook FAQs
Did you know, you can use the Facebook FAQ feature to get more leads to and from your Facebook Page?
We all want more leads, views and interactions happening on our Facebook Page. Thankfully, Facebook has several tools you can use to further enhance any interaction visitors have with your business page! We talk a lot about using your Messenger Chatbot to handle FAQ for you! Well, today, we’ll show you how you can use the Facebook FAQ feature and give visitors an even smoother experience!
So what are Facebook FAQs?
Facebook Pages have an inbuilt ‘FAQ’ tool, that allows you to create a list of your most commonly asked questions with answers; displayed on your page’s sidebar. These can range from opening hours, to shipping estimates, to refund policies and more. This feature is awesome, as it lets you stay ahead of the curve with visitors. If a visitor is interested and clicks on the FAQ buttons, they will be brought into a Messenger conversation with your page. From there, the questions will display, and when clicked, the answer will display instantly. Now they’re in your Messenger list!
How to set up basic FAQs for your Facebook Page
To turn on this feature, you need to select Frequently asked questions in Meta Business Suite. Open up business settings, and select ‘Inbox’. From there, select ‘Automated Responses’ in the top right corner and then ‘Frequently Asked Questions’.
Once you have selected ‘Messenger’, you can start adding FAQ and replies. Now your customers can get an answer to their question in no time, and be added to your Messenger list in the meantime!
If you want to take things a step further, you can connect your Messenger Chatbot to these FAQ in order to provide a more conversational response!
